This isn't exactly a mission.
It's the file that contains the Mission list, shown to the server when a new game is created.
Read instructions on how to install new maps, to know how to deal with this.
If you use this MpMapList.txt, be sure to put new missions inside /MISSIONS/MIKA/* folder.
Some parts may be still in italian. As soon as possible the english version will be uploaded.
